| HACIENDA DEL ALAMO: RACE TRACK TO CLOSE |

After undergoing long and complex negotiations and once
Armilar-Procam S.L. had acquired the appropriate plot of land, we
have reached an agreement for the relocation of the Motoclub Fuente
Alamo which is currently situated near Hacienda del Alamo Golf Resort
at the La Torrica circuit.
In order to make everything official, on the 19th of January, the Town
hall approved agreements with both Armilar-Procam and the Fuente Alamo
Motoclub. Next, Armilar-Procam paid € 3,786,376.26 to the town hall for
the acquisition of the plot of land – being the title deed registered
in its name simultaneously– and for carrying out the works on the new
circuit..
The town hall has finished drawing up the projects and is currently
processing the licenses for the construction of the new motor track.
During the first phase the circuit will be built, with the setting up
of the other facilities in the second phase. In this way they will try
to speed up as much as possible the transfer of the training sessions
and competitions to the new circuit.
In the meantime, the use of the track is going to be significantly
reduced, which means that there will be far less noise until such time
that there is none whatsoever which will probably be next summer.
In a nutshell, there are just a few months left for the relocation of
the circuit, but the approval by the town hall and the payment by
Armilar-Procam S.L., clearly guarantees an end to this long process.
